Los Arcos Hotel in Tulum exceeded all my expectations. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a spotless stay. With a garden and terrace, we enjoyed lovely mornings sipping coffee. The staff, fluent in English and Spanish, offered fantastic tour assistance, enriching our experience.Our room at B & B by Los Arcos Tulum was a delightful retreat, equipped with essential amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning. The concierge service was a great help for our grocery shopping needs. Conveniently located near Tulum Pueblo, it was a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle.Los Arcos Hotel impressed us with its attention to detail and top-notch service. We relished the delicious breakfast for only 50 pesos, a true local culinary delight. From the serene pool area to the cozy rooms, this gem truly embodies the essence of Mexican hospitality.
